影响废气吸收塔吸收效率的因素

1、废气吸收塔塔顶循环量偏小,液体流率和填料湿润情况均不理想。由于尾气中AN在水中溶解度不大(7.35%,25℃),在吸收过程中,其传质阻力主要集中于液相,故在原操作条件下,塔内液体流率和填料湿润情况限制了填料塔内传质系数的提高。
